Order marked as fraud

We use MaxMind fraud protection to protect ourselves from fraud. In some situations, a legitimate client might be marked as fraud. If this is the case, then please get in touch with us by opening a support ticket.

Before you contact us, make sure that you signup with your real name, address and country, as any fake information might trigger the screening process and mark your order as fraudulent.
