It's not fun to lose or forget your passwords when it comes to your website. However, you can solve this issue simply in two ways.
Either contact us by submitting a ticket trough the same email as on your billing account, or alternatively change the password yourself by logging into your client area, click "My Products & Services" and from there the little "Manage" icon next to your product.
You will from here be able to find all your product details and the possibility to change your cPanel password.
